This is the first poetry collection from Mike Simmo compiled over a 3 year period with poems written across various notebooks and journals spanning a decade. It showcases one man's journey and inner world as he attempts to express and share his interactions with the beauty, ugliness, love, despair and ecstacy of human life.

"This book is my attempt at giving back to the world and to myself. It is the outward expression of a collection of experiences, feelings, stories and moments that I have been willed to write about.
